How do we ensure properties are well kept to contract?We do a quarterly walk though for all properties to make sure the tenant and property meet code.
How do we screen/approve the prospect tenants?
We use a program that searches for Credit, Criminal and previous State court tenant records. After the preliminary check has been complete, we will consult with the landlord.
How does Diamond handle vacant properties we manage?Diamond offers winterizing for cold seasons as well as bi-weekly property checks to ensure the yard area is up to code and well-kept during the summer months.
